• All products available to order are here on this page, other pages of the website are for information only.

• Online orders must be sent with 3 days' notice by 11am - please see cut-off timetable for placing orders below.

• Orders not following our guidelines might be cancelled or allocated for next available date.

• Collection is available Monday to Saturday from 7am to 3pm and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.

• Home deliveries are available Tuesday to Saturday between 7:30 and 12:30 am - unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.

• A minimum order and delivery charge will apply according to your area:

      Collection from Gatineau in Summertown: no minimum order and no extra charges

      North Oxford (Jericho, Park Town, Summertown, Sunnymead and Wolvercote): no minimum order £2 delivery charge.

      Oxford City (non-North Oxford): £35 minimum order and £5 delivery charge

      Yarton, Begroke, Kidlington: £35 minimum order and £5 delivery charge

      Bladon, Woodstock: £35 minimum order and £6 delivery charge

      Eynsham, Cumnor: £35 minimum order and £6 delivery charge

• If you would like a delivery outside of this area please get in touch with your postcode via email (info@gatineau.uk.com) so we can check if a delivery might be possible.

• We would like to prioritise all of those who are restricted from leaving their homes due to age and health conditions. If you are still able to collect from our shop please be mindful and help us by placing your order and choosing "collection" at checkout.

• Be advised that we are only allowing 3 customers at a time in the shop and only taking payments by card.
