There are three ways you can order with us: online, over the phone or by email. 

 

For online orders to go through our system, you must book by 10am for 72 hours notice (3 days). So for example if you would like your order for Saturday you must book by Wednesday 10am. You can also plan ahead and book for any other date thereafter (at check out you will have a box to fill in with the date required).

For further information on how our online ordering works, please make sure to read our terms & conditions page, as well as our home deliveries page for our delivery zones and fees. Our home deliveries are done by Velocity Cycle Couriers.

 

Alternatively you can order with us for collection by giving us a call on 01865 311 779. Ordering for collection over the phone normally will require just one day's notice depending on quantities and product availability.

Your can also email us for collection at shop@gatineau.uk.com giving us your order and the details below. We aim to reply within 24 hours but sometimes it could take a little longer. Please note that orders by email are only confirmed with a call back from us or a confirmation email.

To place your order over the phone or by email we require:

- your name and contact telephone number

- your order indicating portion size and quantities

- a date and time for collection

- full payment for large orders

Please note that we only take orders for delivery by placing the orders online through our website. Unfortunately we cannot take orders for delivery over the phone or by email.
