Our beautiful Biskelia cake features a caramel cremeux centre, smooth vanilla whipped ganache and a soft vanilla sponge. The cake is then covered with a luxurious Valrhona Caramelia 36% milk chocolate glaze with crunchy Valrhona chocolate Dulcey pearls and Fleur de Sel.
