Gatineau Home Deliveries

Home deliveries are available everyday by following our shopping online guidelines.

We have two slots for home deliveries: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 12pm to 3pm, and one slot for Sundays, 9am to 12pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery as this is dependent on traffic, volume of deliveries and delivery area. Our deliveries are now done by Velocity Cycle Couriers, either with their e-cargo bikes or electric vans. We have partnered with Velocity in 2024 to help us open up our delivery options to you, not to mention the great add on of having a great delivery service with low or zero emission which is what we are all striving for.

Important information:

• There is no minimum order but a delivery fee of £6.50 applies to all home delivery orders.

• Orders above £100 will get free delivery.

• Our delivery zone is 6.5 km radius from our Summertown Shop.

If you would like a delivery outside of the radius area please get in touch with your postcode via email (shop@gatineau.uk.com) so we can check if a delivery might be possible. Normally this will require a minimum order of £100 and a delivery fee will be applied per mileage.
