For Christmas orders (December 23rd and 24th) and dates that are more than 10 days ahead, please enter your chosen date on the box provided at checkout in the customer details section.
Cut-off time for Christmas orders will be December 18th by 10am.
Please note we will be closed on December 25th, 26th, 27th and January 1st and 2nd, therefore there will be no deliveries or collections on these dates.
Gatineau Home Deliveries
Home deliveries are available everyday by following our shopping online guidelines.
Deliveries usually happen between 8am and 12:30pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery as this is dependent on traffic and delivery area. We have only one van that does all the deliveries, this is a Gatineau van with a Gatineau driver. Normally the driver starts with deliveries around the North Oxford area, moving on to the City Centre and Botley areas, going around to Cowley, Headington, Marston and then areas outside of Oxford such as Yarnton, Begbroke and Kidlington.
Important information:

A minimum order of £45 and delivery fee of £5 applies to all home delivery orders.

Orders above £100 will get free delivery.

Our delivery zone is 6.5 km radius from our Summertown Shop.

There is no minimum order or extra charges for collection from our shop.
If you would like a delivery outside of the radius area please get in touch with your postcode via email (shop@gatineau.uk.com) so we can check if a delivery might be possible. Normally this will require a minimum order of £100 and a delivery fee will be applied per mileage.
