Our Gatineau sweet petit fours platter features 30 delectable bite‑sized pieces, available as a mixed selection, half & half, or a single‑flavour platter.
Available Flavours:
- Mini Croquant: milk chocolate mousse, crunchy praline feuilletine base and milk chocolate glaze.
- Mini Larieux: duo of milk and dark chocolate mousses, flourless chocolate sponge and dark chocolate glaze.
- Mini Passion: passion fruit mousse, raspberry jam, soft sponge and buttery sweet tart shell.
- Mini Tarte au Citron: lemon cream, Italian merengue and buttery sweet tart shell.
- Mini Tarte aux Framboises: whipped vanilla ganache, raspberry jam, fresh raspberries and buttery sweet tart shell.
- Macarons: our current available flavours are pistachio, caramelia, chocolate, raspberry, vanilla, lemon and passion fruit
