Fraisiers are back for the Summer Season!

Our Fraisier, a fresh strawberry cake, is made with a flourless almond sponge base, layered with vanilla cream, fresh strawberries, and topped with a light Gariguette strawberry gelée. Elegant and fresh, perfect for any occasion this summer.
