Flour Tradition CRC T65 (Bread Flour)


This is one of the bread flours we use here at Gatineau. They come from Foricher Moulin in France. All grains are grown in France, in Bourgogne using sustainable farming. This is a very healthy flour with the clean label of 100% wheat flour. The grains are milled in the center of France at Poilly-lez-Gien closed La Loire river.

You can use the Tradition CRC T65 (12% proteins) to make bread like baguette, foccacia, ciabatta and sourdough.
