No yeast! This delicious loaf is made with Foricher Moulins Gault flour (a mixture of wheat, rye, durum wheat semoulina, wheat hulls and malted roasted wheat flour). A true rustic sourdough bread with a thick crust and a brown crumb. Intense flavour and aroma due its long fermentation process.
