Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grown in the high heels of Montoro - Cordoba, Spain. It has a high content of natural antioxidants and 0.2% acidity. Nevadillo Negro is the healthiest olive variety in Spain and one of the healthiest in the world. This oil has been produced early 2020 by the Prieto family at the old Almazara Pago las Monjas (1754).
Ideal for salads, gazpacho, grilled meats or seafood, with manchego cheese, iberico ham, tomato slices or seasonal vegetables.
