Quick and easy preparation:

Pour the contents into a "Caquelon" or pan and melt the Fondue mix on a high heat setting under constant stirring. Transfer the "Caquelon" or pan on a burner or platewarmer and keep the Fondue at slight boiling point throughout the meal. Fix bread cubes on your fork, dip in the Fondue and... enjoy this unique dish. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg or paprika.

  • Swiss Cheese (53%), white wine, water, potato starch, Kirsch brandy, emulsifiers (sodium phosphate, polyphosphate), table salt, spice extracts. Naturally without lactose (Lactose content: below 0.1g/100g)
