Flour Patissiere CRC T55 (Pastry Flour)
This is the main flour used here at Gatineau to make all our range of cakes and biscuits. They come from Foricher Moulin in France. All grains are grown in France, in Bourgogne using sustainable farming. This is a very healthy flour with the clean label of 100% wheat flour. The grains are milled in the center of France at Poilly-lez-Gien closed La Loire river.
You can use Pastry CRC T55 (10,5% proteins) to make biscuits, cake, pancake, waffle, and whatever else you fancy!
